This was so great for my family of 9. Pool for the kids, great water park, and it was 20 minutes to all Disney parks and all universals. The house was amazing! We take a family trip every year for spring break and we’ve traveled all over the world and will always use this company going forward. They also have many destinations for us to use in the coming years.

1. There were no clear instruction how to get there, we've arrived to the different gate. 2. Once registered at the entrance office, obtained QR code which has NEVER worked at our gate . 3. Provided login/password to the internet was wrong. 4. Condo was located by the regular street, pool was exposed to anybody in public area, kids afraid of using while someone looked at them through the fence .This certainly was hidden in description 5. House is flooded by ants, they are literally everywhere while you just leave some food. 6. LIVING FROG found at the bathroom ! 7. First floor bedroom : carpet was getting wet during the rain, which indicates some water leak ( flooding from outside or ground ? ) 8. No control stick on vertical blinds which prevent to use properly the door to the pool ( unable to move the blinds ) Overall, 4 star is given as a wish of the owner rather. This is 3 star property, which in fact has one the worst location on entire estate. Good for the money, with some horrible issues.
