▶ EXTRA SERVICES

• POOL HEATING: Is optional. To guarantee an optimal temperature we must turn it on in advance one day before, there is a fee of $ 30 / day + taxes for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please let us know if you would like to request this service. Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.The pool pump operates from 8 AM to 8 PM.

• GRILL: It is optional, you must request in advance, it includes a full propane tank and professional cleaning after your check out for only $65. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this feature to your stay.

There is no parking in the street, on the sidewalk or grass. We only allow up to 3 cars per home per day. No designated parking you may park in the guest parking areas or in front of the home if available.

▶ HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
