Two bedroom PREMIUM Gulf Front Condo at Phoenix VII
Welcome to paradise in this BEAUTIFUL 2-bedroom 2-bathroom Premium Unit located on the 8th floor of Phoenix VII. This condo was completely refurbished and professionally designed in January of 2020 by Mint Decor and Design. Scraped ceilings, repainted, new flooring throughout, remodeling of both bathrooms and kitchen. All new stainless appliances, 3 new smart flat screen televisions, and all new furniture, artwork and accessories.
Living and dining area has been beautifully updated! New custom bench with table and 4 chairs in dining area (also 2 bar stools at counter). Also, a Queen sleeper sofa, a 60" Smart flat screen television mounted to the wall and all new furniture.
Master bedroom has a new 50" wall mounted Smart television, new furniture and a king size bed with new bedding.
Master bathroom has a vanity with granite top, double sinks, Shiplap vanity wall with new mirror and light fixture. Also featured is a new walk-in shower.
Kitchen has been remodeled and has new lighting, backsplash, cabinets, granite counter top and stainless appliances.
Guest bedroom has a new 40" flat screen Smart TV and DVD player, new furniture, 2 beds with new mattresses and bedding.
Guest bathroom was remodeled with a Shiplap wall behind vanity, mirror, light fixture, etc. There is also a tub shower combo for your convenience.
Stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet.
Balcony with table and chairs has beautiful views of the Gulf as well as Perdido Pass where you can enjoy watching the boats come and go from the bay.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Great place and updated nicely. Needs better mattresses.
The only thing that could be better is the beds and mattresses. They are spring mattresses that you can feel and hear every toss and turn. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Will stay here again.
