Every employee I dealt with was very helpful and kind. The bus to and from the beach is perfect as it kept sand out of my car, zero park fees, and no driving! Exceptionally clean everywhere. (I was cornered and captive in the elevator by an angry barking ankle-biter whose owner just stood there looking up! Maybe get them their own elevator if they can’t behave in public…..)

The reason “cleanliness” wasn’t considered excellent was the housekeeping of our room. We only had them clean it one time and it was poorly done.

The property and the staff were great overall. The only issue is the awful wifi service. I was told this is an issue in the area, not a hotel issue. It is still something to be aware of before booking.
