Ground Level
The impressive ground level is equipped with six Adirondack chairs to relax while taking in the scenery of pelican watching, casting for brim or bass, playing a game of cornhole, or watching the grill. At the same time, your steaks and burgers heat to the perfect temperature, all while charging your Electric Vehicle (EV) with on-site charging.
Elevated
After entering the front door, your stress automatically melts away with professionally decorated and hand-curated furniture pieces personally selected with comfort and de-stressing in mind. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms will delight the entire family with relaxation, fun, and games in mind, all while sharing a full-size bathroom and Queen-sized sofa sleeper on the elevated level. In addition, hi-speed Fiber backed WiFi is conveniently available throughout the house, providing easy access to gaming and streaming.
The View
At the end of a fun-filled day at the beach, the entire family can retreat to the bedrooms for a recharge to ready for more fun-filled days. The view from the primary King-bedroom overlooks the wetlands where animals are regular visitors, including turtles, deer, foxes, and other wildlife. The secondary bedrooms include a King-sized bed, and two Queen-sized beds, each easily sleeping two people. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. In addition, all bedrooms have their own televisions, remote-controlled ceiling fans, and unique views of the zero-entry resort-style pool or wetlands.
Note: Our home was completed several months ago; however, new construction continues in the neighborhood. The zero-entry community pool and putting greens are open. Pets are not allowed due to the owner's allergies. The beach house has three exterior cameras and a doorbell camera to help maintain a secure premise. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
Note: All sheets and linen are provided. Please do not remove any bedding at the end of your stay.
Note: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement before arrival. The door code will be given on the day of arrival, before check-in, and only after signing the rental agreement.


Important: Within 24 hours of making your reservation and before your booking begins, you must verify your details through Know Your Guest/Superhog. You will also be given a choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
