Thank you for considering our condo. We know what it’s like to plan a trip hundreds of miles from your home, so we want your stay to be hassle-free. You want a super nice, clean condo at a fair price in a great spot. We are ¼ mile from the Alabama-Florida line with dozens of great restaurants, grocery store, and lots of shopping only minutes away. We leave enough supplies to get you going so you don’t have to rush to the grocery store. This unit was previously used as a vacation home and not available for rental. It doesn’t have the wear and tear that some units have. Regency isle is one of the newer condos at Orange Beach, with good administration and security. We have many amenities to offer including indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, outdoor pool, grilling area, exercise room, and community room. You can view the beautiful white sand and deep blue water of the gulf from almost anywhere in our unit. We like nice things so we haven’t spared any expense furnishing out unit. We have comfortable furniture, Netflix, DVD’s on all the flat screen TV’s and we add little extras like keyless entry, Kurig coffee maker, handheld showers, and plush, fluffy, oversize bath towels. Our balcony is a deep 330 sq ft with bar height table and chairs along with separate lounge chairs. This is a great place to hang out. You will sleep well in our 2 gorgeous king beds and if needed, a sleeper sofa is available in the living area. Our beach is not over crowded and we are conveniently located on the 5th floor so you can have a close view of the beach from our balcony. Great property. Condo was immaculate with plenty of towels and supplies. My wife even commented that there were sufficient number of hooks to hang things up. Very private deck, great for our remote work trip. Some noise from maintenance work during our trip but manageable. Easy beach access and area wasn't congested. Fantastic stay.

Mom Getaway

My mom hasn’t been back to the beach since my Dad died. I wanted her to have a special trip. The condo was beyond fabulous. It was decorated so beautifully. The view from the balcony was awesome! I also liked having our own personal parking space. Mom and I hope to do a repeat trip next year. I hope to stay here again. Great trip!

Great condo in a well kept, older building. The owners updated the unit well. We stayed during the 4th and it wasn’t overly crowded. I would 100% stay again. Pro tip not called out in listing that we discovered the second day: main entry door stopper is magnetic and holds the door steadily open. Great to know for entrance/exit and for the lead person to open the door and keep it open with ease for the remainder of the group. Had a great time! Thanks for opening up your home.

Amazing Location, Great Unit

The location of this condo is amazing!! Close to everything but not in the thick of the crowds. The view is incredible—when the water is calm you can see dolphins in the ocean! Very spacious unit, big balcony just like the pictures. Lots of beach toys in the balcony closet so you don't have to worry about bringing or buying any. Very tastefully decorated, good furniture. Has a pack n play available which was really nice to not have to pack along. Kind and responsive hosts. Areas for improvement: It could use a more thorough cleaning—we weren't convinced the showers and the toilets had been cleaned (found hairs in showers, grime in toilet bowl). Bed in the master is quite creaky. Gym was closed almost our whole stay so that was also disappointing, wish we had known beforehand. Overall, we still loved it and would stay again!
