It’s Shore Paradise Phoenix III

Your home away from home in Phoenix III's 8th Floor Corner Unit! This 3-Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo sleeps 9 and has a large balcony that looks directly over the beautiful white sand beach.

The king size master suite has separate private balcony with views of the wharf in the distance. After a day on the beach you can relax in your king size bed and watch your favorite show on your flat screen tv. The master bath features a tiled walk-in shower and beautiful granite countertops.

Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and bedroom 3 has one queen bed. Bedding for sofa bed is located in bedroom 3 closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen tv.

The living room opens up to a spacious balcony that provides views of the beautiful white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets. Often times dolphins are spotted playing in the distance. In the living room is a sleeper sofa that will comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 small children.

Parking passes are purchased on-site. The cost of the parking passes is set by the HOA. It is $55 for each car. 2 cars allowed. Wristbands give you access to amenities at Phoenix I, II, III, and IV and are included with your parking pass. This beachfront complex features an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, racquetball courts, outdoor tennis courts, a sauna, and a grilling area.(charcoal)
*Pool/beach towels are not provided. Bring your own pool/beach towel.

The condo was awesome. It was very nice. The entire property was great. The use of amenities at all four towers was perfect. The host, Amanda, kept us informed and responded quickly to messages. I definitely recommend this unit and will book it again.

I recommend throw blankets for the rooms. There were only sheets for the pull out so we had to go purchase a throw blanket for it. That was the only problem we had with our rental.

Definitely wouldn’t rent again! Not the cleanest property, drapes didn’t fit the windows properly, floor was dirty, shower in master bath not clean, dirty smelly mop and bucket left in master closet!! Needs updates and a deep cleaning!!!

This place is amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix 3081. It had everything we needed. Amanda checked on us to make sure we were taken care of. The unit was clean & perfect for our birthday gathering. The view is amazing! Lots of space. Plenty of room for a family to stay. Highly recommend this condo!

This complex is right on the beach and so convenient to everything. We would stay again in this corner unit. So many views from the balcony! Remodeled bathrooms are very nice. Great communication with the owner.
