Welcome to PHOENIX GULF TOWERS 1 unit 2001 located on the 20th floor. Gulf front vacationing at its finest! Unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf! Walk to Restaurants, bars and shopping.

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the Beach and Lazy River at Phoenix Gulf Towers with incredible RELAXING panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,091 sq ft the unit is very spacious, it includes a large 268 sq ft balcony, The Large balcony provides incredible direct views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters.

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Tower condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, free high speed WI-FI, wet bar with ice maker, Large 65 inch flat screen SMART TV in living room and a large 55 inch flat screen SMART TV in the master and 2nd Master and 50 inch Smart TV's in the other two bedrooms. The unit has its own laundry room which has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in both 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The unit sleeps 14 total with 12 in beds and 2 children on the sofa sleeper. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen comes with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, Kids Splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Gorgeous views and great location. Lots of great beach walking. Front desk staff were kind, parking was easy, lots to see and do. A bit of a hiccup at the start but the owner quickly resolved it. Don't forget your hair dryer at home.

This corner unit condo was wonderful. The views were spectacular, especially during the sunrise and sunsets. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating to our needs and answered my questions in a very timely manner. Will definitely return.

Excellent accommodations! Perfect for our large families. The property was clean and ready on our arrival. The kids loved the pool area with the slide and lazy river. The beach was beautiful clean white sand and so relaxing. Only negative was the kitchen didn’t seem stocked well for such a large unit. It needed more silverware and dishes so the dishwasher didn’t have to be run after every meal.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and comfortable! Beds were very comfy! Loved the balcony, the views were stunning! We spent most of our time in the lazy river! We didn't have any kids with us but the slide was a hit, we even went down a few times for fun!

Nice location, average stay, but at the price of luxury. Dirty dishes, wet cups left in cabinet, flour left on measuring cups, garbage left behind, and hair in the bathroom drawers. Very cheap furnishings. The rails stick out from the beds which makes it very hard not to hit your legs on. We were given two trash bags for the entire stay for 10 guests. It was definitely not worth the amount we paid. I would recommend staying some place else.

Condo beautifully located with comfortable accommodations for our extended family of 9 people. In addition to being steps from the beach, and the pool with lazy river, there is a fantastic Alabama State Park across the street with beautiful trails. The only hesitancy in giving the unit 5 stars relates to the sparse amount of accessories in the unit. The condo has bare bones minimum, at best, if you're looking to prepare meals in the condo. We made it work, but prepared to manage limited pots and pans. In addition, there are no condiments of any sort. You will need to purchase everything required if you plan to cook. For the amount spent for our week visit, we have become accustomed to a few important things when arriving, such as coffee filters.We'd recommend the location and condo for large groups or families.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was comfortable. Two suggestions, the coffee pot was only 3 cups and there was only one frying pan. With the size of our group neither of these was convenient.

Home Away From Home

Gulf Shores Towers condo has a breathtaking view. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for your family. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the living/dining area and on the patio. Parking was convenient. It seemed there was always someone on duty at the office and/or security on duty. There were shells abundant on the beaches and the ocean never disappoints. Everyone we ran into during our stay was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. This newer constructed condo is in a great location as the Gulf Shores Park access is located just across the street. The condo's location, between Orange Beach and the beginning of Gulf Shores, makes it a centrally located and an easy commute with a vehicle. Outstanding experiences staying at Gulf Shores Towers with family and friends.

AMAZING spacious condo with incredible views!

Our family stay at this unit was fantastic! Everything was perfect! Communication with the owner, check in and check out process, the well stocked unit, numerous property amenities, and breathtaking balcony views made our trip memorable! The parking fees are the only fault we see with this complex. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we are in the area.
