Even better than expected!

Home is modern, clean, spacious, & comfortable for our 5 adults & 4 kids. Owner very responsive & easy to contact. 3-level house is set above a clean sandy beach w/expansive views of Lake. Q + T in 1 1st-fl rm, a Q in 2nd 1st-fl rm, down hall from laundry & 3/4 bath. 1st-fl accessed from outside thru garage & main floor is above. Main/2nd fl has 3/4 bath, full kitchen, dining, & 2 spacious living areas w/floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking lake. 3rd-fl/loft has master w/Q, walk-thru closet, 3/4 bath & balcony. Other 3/4 bath on 3rd-fl shared by 2 BRs, each w/Q, 1 w/balcony & other w/lg windows over driveway. We enjoyed beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards & paddle boards. Beach access on N side of house; a little tricky over rocks but owner has plans to install steps. Hose on SW corner of house for cleaning off sand before going inside. Deck furniture in nice condition & comfortable. Living rm had board games, puzzles, blocks, & playing cards. Gas grill & fire pit w/picnic table & adarondak chairs on W side in mature trees. In forested neighborhood w/1-lane narrow rd. Neighbors are close on either side but beach area & trees btwn are enough for all to have their privacy. Definitely would revisit!
