Charles, Romeo, Megan and Paulita did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and with a smile! We were there to prep for a move to Europe so I’d say we were needier than most guests and they didn’t bat an eye. They accommodated our every request and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying with them again upon our return to the states. Thanx guys!

The room was decent, and the location was good. Expedia description says that there is a business center, but there was not. The treadmill was broken the whole week we stayed. Also, it's mentioned daily housekeeping service, but full cleaning is only after 3 nights stay, and you can get towels and toiletries upon request. The housekeeping staff were nice, but can't speak or understand English. So it was difficult to communicate. We were told that the gravy in the breakfast was vegetarian. After talking to the kitchen staff to confirm, we came to know that it was not vegetarian. Overall, decent room and good location served our purpose.

The front desk staff were very kind. Our room however, was another story. The knob to activate the shower was sitting on the side of the tub with no way to take a shower. The beds are hard. The property is under new management so maybe it will change but unfortunately we won’t stay here again.
