The desk person had the personality of a door knob. Didn’t inform us about housekeeping, didn’t have a “Do not disturb sign in the room”, tub mat had rust stains on it, shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed, windows were drafty because there were no curtains, very noisy because of children running in the hallways with no parental supervision, pool below our room was very noisy with unruly children, towels were worn. Only thing positive was the breakfast was ok. If I’m going to pay for a room I expect at least the bathroom to be cleaner and better than mine at home and housekeeping to come and clean and replenish towels, dump the trash and freshen and make the bed. It seems I am paying the same Pre-COVID and getting less services. Get with the program Holiday Inn!!!!

Housekeeping service is not provided. You have to go to the front desk each day to get towels. They had no extra blankets available. DO not book this hotel using Expedia. They do not allow any changes
