The bathroom was gross, piles of hair/dirt in the corner, shower was covering grime and hard water spots, stains on the shower curtains. Rooms smelled musty, I left my window open the entirety of my stay. There was a man living in a large box truck in the parking lot, he was hanging out under his truck for at least 3 evenings, hotel located across the street from homeless camp, gas station across the street incredibly sketchy. Coffee was not made at a consistent time any of the 6 mornings. Breakfast was good though.

At check in clerk was in the office screaming at her boyfriend that she “hates him”. After waiting a good 5 minutes she came out and was very distracted, took my card and did not speak or give me any information about the hotel. I was in the lobby area 3 times during the evening and each time she was not present and the office door was closed. Stayed on the third floor and there was construction equipment and huge fans blowing. Probably won’t stay here again.

Staff were excellent. The room was HORRENDOUS! The bed spread was stained, one bed was broken, dirt and grime caked on everything, headboards were filthy with god only knows what. The smoking door at the bottom of the stairs slammed shut ALL NIGHT LONG. I will never stay here again, especially for $1100 for the week.

The beds aren’t bad and the property itself isn’t in bad condition. The pool room was very dark so we didn’t go in there. Check in was pretty easy. However when we got to our room the door was wide open with a fan stuck in it. We went to the front desk and was told just to move the fan and it’s fine instead of just giving us a different room. The bathroom also had a weird smell so we just left the fan on and closed the door. Not a bad hotel but could be better for the name brand.

There was blood on the counter and someone else’s hair all over the bathroom. We left after only a couple of hours because of the filthy atmosphere. The manager did end up refunding my stay which was nice and said they are remodeling, but I would not stay there in the meantime. The pool and hot tub were also disgusting and my skin reeked for a week like chemicals despite multiple showers.

Don’t do it.

Beds are not really comfortable. They don’t clean the room unless you ask, a fact that no one told us when we registered. When I asked about why the room hadn’t been cleaned she told me there is a sign that tells you that on the front desk. We arrived at 11:30 PM, after working all day and then taking a 5 hour flight. Who’s reading anything at that point? Breakfast area has insufficient seating so people are milling around with their lukewarm eggs trying to figure out what to do. Meanwhile, the line at the waffle maker turns into a crowd bc the layout is so ill-considered. Also one person trying to keep the coffee full, check the food, etc., bc they are too cheap to hire an extra person. One of the things you pay for with a hotel is having a clean room, without having to request it every day. Never again.

The room was okay as far as cleanliness goes. The biggest problem is that the window lock was broken so there was no way to secure it and it was accessible from the outside. The desk said that others had complained about it before and nothing has happened. There were no rooms to move to, so we had to jam a suitcase as best we could and deal with it.
