Lovely Hotel

Perfect location, in a lovely boutique hotel. We had the penthouse room, and plenty of space and two large terraces. Walk around the corner to all the restaurants, cafes etc. Some people had complained of noise from the pizza drivers opposite but we didn't have any problems.

Lovely spacious property on the first floor facing the back, hence very quiet. Market and seafront nearby. Good restaurants and supermarket just around the corner (Pingo Doce). Only one small complain. The wifi seems to be weak at certain times of the day, hopefully that could be improved. Would certainly book here again in the near future!

Superb location

A great apartment in probably the best location you could imagine. Everything at your doorstep, food, drink, view, buses, taxis, supermarkets, recycling, ferries, really everything! Very clean, private and spacious. Will likely come back with friends for a weekend away. Great value too!

Really nice place , small but tastefully designed and in a great position. Dogs on the neighborhood rooftops barking at each other can be disturbing for some but we found it amusing !

Lovely and very clean apartment in a prim position, note there is no oven, but you do have a modern 4 ringed hob And a good microwave, a lot of care and attention has been made on the decor, very modern, nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, would highly recommend, we stayed in the penthouse apartment with balcony over looking market and river.

Great place to base in Olião.

A friend and I had a fabulous time there. The location and faculty were fantastic and they dealt with our challenge with car patiently as there was no easy parking on the street. They were very quick to respond to our questions and helped us have a great experience in Olião.

Greatly exceeded our expectations

We had one of the 2 "penthouse" apartments, and we were very impressed. The condition of apartment was excellent - looked like it had recently been completely renovated. (we stayed Feb 2018). Everything, for the kitchen to the bedroom to the lounge to the 2 (yes 2) patios was in excellent order, of a good size and we had everything we needed for a great 5 day stay. Shampoo, soap, washing up liquid, coffee pods, BBQ charcoal were all left out for us, plus the normal towels and bed linen. Apartment was spotless, non-smoking, and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge, cooking pans and cups/glasses/plates/bowls etc. Helge met us with a key and showed us round briefly, demonstrating how the combined heater/air con unit worked. She was friendly and efficient, and also arranged a private taxi transfer back to Faro airport at end of stay for a very reasonable 20 Euros. Apartment was right in the heart of Olhao, so there were were plenty of bars and cafes and restaurants all around. Withing 200 metres you had a choice of 20 places at least. There was a Pingo supermarket about 300 metres away, where we stocked up on food and drink, and some great takeaway hot food at very low prices. Apartment was quiet enough, despite being so close to the sea front bars. It is set back one block from the sea-front, and Ohlao (in the quiet season) was a fairly quiet place from mid evening onwards. Sometimes you could hear voices, but the apartment was double-glazed.

Sehr schönes Apartment, gute Extras wie Waschmaschine, Trockner, möblierte Dachterasse. Weniger gut war, daß das Apt im EG zur Straße hin ausgerichtet war. Auch war das Bett nur maximal Durchschnitt.
