The staff in this hotel is incredible. Right from reception to cleaning staff to restaurant staff everyone services with a smile. The pool side was super with great food and beverage service offering inside comfortable seating st there terrace restaurant. We had a superior room and our balcony was with plenty of room. Seating could benefit from soft cushions and/or offer sun lounger for the larger balconies. The constant supply of water for our fridge was very much appreciated. Breakfast was a feast in their main dining area, so much lovely and high quality choices. Hostess seating service for breakfast was a little slow as they disappear for a little while and left us wodering where or when we would be seated. The staff were polite and efficient with a special mention to Ricardo on conciege. He goes the extra mile to assist! Fully recommend this hotel.

What a fabulous hotel!! Tucked down a side street off one of the pretty cobbled streets in the old part of the city. We were blown away by the decor, welcome, level of service and luxury. I was sorry to leave and will certainly return. Truly a 5 star experience. Thank you!
