"We arrived to room not ready by check in time.Room was at 28°, air-conditioning not on. Once able to work, it was a gentle waft of air (room temperature dropped 5 degrees in 7 hours). There was a long hair and piece of dirty loo roll on toilet floor. Shower was hard to regulate, water flow at sink ..."
