Serviced Apartments in Old Goa

The property is absolutely beautiful. The pools on the outside and inside are very nice and clean. The property is well maintained with a staff working diligently around the clock to preserve its beauty. There is a pretty awesome dinner and show sponsored by Le Petite Chef that is very nice and extremely affordable compared to the one in Delhi. The rooms are very nice, I stayed in a suite on the upper floor. Im not personally the biggest fan of Portuguese style, but it was done well. Again, I cant rave enough about how beautiful the property looks. On to the bad. The security will scrutinize the hell out of you. On multiple occasions I would walk by a guard and 5 mins later walk by the same guard and I would get the 3rd degree. I was on the property for 3 nights and I only left once, but I was questioned at least 20 times about if I was actually staying at the hotel. It was as if they were in disbelief. Lastly, a special thanks to the superstar TANAYA. From the second I checked in to the the moment I checked out, she was diligent and a powerhouse with resolving the most complicated and simple situations for me. She went above and beyond and never made me any false promises. I was there for a business trip and I was extremely busy and she took a huge weight off my shoulders. I had a really great experience and it was mainly due to her efforts to organize things. She should be promoted to hotel manager, she is an asset for the hotel! Overall, I give this place a two thumbs up

Our 2-night stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, seamless, and truly luxurious. A special mention to Isha for her incredible help and patience during check-in. She made us feel welcomed and at ease right away, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The hospitality extended throughout the property was outstanding. Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything felt safe and comfortable. We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained spaces, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, reflects the high standards you expect from Taj. Overall, it was a memorable stay, made even more special by the wonderful team. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Hotel is clean, very friendly and polite staff, great location, great atmosphere. Lot of options for breakfast buffet.. good quality food. One thing need to beware of all the taxes get added on the foods you order. Very good hotel for the families. Overall fantastic stay!!
