Just outside the popular holiday resort of Pittulongu, in the holiday complex Belvedere, you will find Villetta Nicola, a wonderful villa with sea views and a spacious outdoor area that leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday home has a comfortable living room with characteristic ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and can accommodate 6 people. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The highlight of the villa is the fantastic outdoor area, which is equipped with a pool as well as a covered terrace, which invites to dinner together. The large barbecue invites you to prepare meals together in the fresh air. Enjoy the view of the glittering turquoise sea and forget the stress of everyday life. The nearest supermarket is 500m away and a small selection of restaurants are 1 km away and can be reached with a 2-minute drive. The sandy beach Spiaggia di Pittulongu is 1,1 km or 2 minutes by car away.

Great property - shame we could not get out of the pool!

We stayed here for 5 nights - and loved the house.It’s well stocked and spacious with quality fixtures & fittings.The outside space is compact but comfortably room for 6 loungers and a lovely dining area with views to the sea beyond. It also has a gas BBQ. Location is perfect for exploring the many lovely beaches & towns north of Olbia. There’s a great Pizza place at the bottom of the road joining the Pittulongu main road - take away or eat-in upstairs!Theres a small, but well stocked, supermarket just along the road. (If you are barbecuing- try the sliced chicken, from which they remove fat etc before weighing & thinly slicing it!)The immediate issue we had on arrival was the pool which is small & quite deep. I’m sure it’s lovely - but it was impossible for the older generation to get out of it. The “ladder” doubled up as pool filter unit with very narrow foot holds and an high starting point. Our daughter & partner were ok with sone effort, but the oldies never entered the pool on the basis we’d never be able to get back out unaided if we did!It should be made clear in the villa description that the pool may be unsuitable for older clients or those with mobility issues. Use of the pool is an essential part of the holiday for us and we would not have booked this property had we known. Hopefully this description will be rectified in future.That said when we raised the matter with the local agents they found another pool we could use on our last 2 days!
Really tricky to climb out of the pool with this ladder. All reviews were in German (?) and only on our return did I translate one which made the same point in 2021!

Gemütliche Villa mit Pool

Die Villa ist für 6 Erwachsene ausreichend, es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Jedes Schlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich sind klimatisiert. Die Terrasse, der Außenbereich und der Pool sind gemütlich und gut gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, die ein oder andere Kleinigkeit hat gefehlt, aber alles in allem war das Wichtigste vorhanden. Es gibt einen überdachten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Gärtner und Poolpfleger waren 1x die Woche vor Ort. Die Villa liegt in einem Wohngebiet am Hang, man hat tollen Meerblick. Der schöne, weiße Sandstrand ist mit dem Auto oder (für hitzefreudige) fussläufig zu erreichen. Bäckereien, Pizzeria und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat sehr gut geklappt, es konnte alles auf englisch via WhatsApp oder Anruf geklärt werden. Der Host hat sehr schnell und unkompliziert auf Anfragen reagiert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Wunderbare Lage des Hauses, kurze Wege zum Strand/Restaurant/ Einkaufen

Die Kissen für Stühle/ Liegen waren sehr dreckig, wurden aber sofort ausgetauscht/gewaschen. Man sollte beim Pool eine bessere Leiter zum aussteigen installieren. Die jetzige Leiter ist für Personen die ein bisschen älter sind schwer zu erreichen(erster Tritt hoch). Ansonsten ist es einfach ein wunderschönes Haus, perfekte Lage und so wunderbar ruhig! Auch der Kontakt mit der Agentur hat super funktioniert, sie waren immer erreichbar und prompt zur Stelle. Immer wieder gerne in diesem Haus👍
