Das Haus ist gut gelegen, der CheckIn-Prozess war einfach. Was leider überhaupt nicht geht, ist der Umgang der Gastgeber uns gegenüber. Nach unserer Ankunft duschten wir alle eiskalt, was wir auch sofort gemeldet haben. Am Morgen kam ein Techniker. Er war ganz kurz da, erklärte uns, dass er das Gas austauschen musste und das Problem jetzt behoben sei. Leider stimmte das überhaupt nicht. Wir duschten während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts eiskalt. Nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme, reagierte der Gastgeber unfreundlich und arrogant. Sie unterstellten uns, dass dies nicht sein könne und bereits ein Techniker da war. Gegenüber Ebookers hat der Gastgeber Unwahrheiten erzählt. Nach unserer Abreise hätte alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch die Spülmaschine die während dem ganzen Aufenthalt nicht funktionierte, hätte nach unserer Abreise funktioniert. Gastfreundschaft wird ganz klein geschrieben. Wir haben den vollen Preis für sehr schlechte Leistung bezahlt. Weder Ebookers noch Happy Rentals haben unsere Anliegen Ernst genommen und Verantwortung übernommen. Wir sind nicht Gäste, die sich wegen Kleinigkeiten beschweren und Fehler können passieren, aber wenn Fehler passieren, sollte man als Gastgeber eine befriedigende Lösung bieten. Wir können diese Unterkunft und diesen Gastgeber leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
