For the facade of being a luxury hotel we were surprised at how lacking it was. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets felt very cheap as well. There was pink mold in our shower and the pool was aging with cracks in the hot tub along with a grey film around the water line. The staff were all very wonderful and kind. The valet and people opening the doors for us when we came in always had a smile and were seeing if they could do anything for us which made us feel special. I just wish for the price we paid that the level of comfort lived up.

Please consider having a cut off time for kids to leave the pool. My husband and I came to stay because our AC was out all weekend and our kids were away. All we wanted to do was relax the last thirty minutes before the pool closed but it was impossible with 9 teenage boys non stop wrestling in the pool, 10 toddlers in the hot tub and another 6 kids around the fire pit. Also, there were several tiles around the pool that were loose and easily tripped over. We really enjoy staying at the Omni, and the pool is a lot of the reason why.

A very mixed bag. Check in good . Staff in OKC were friendly but inept, and first course cold. Put on “pet floor” (we had no pet) and left alone dog barked Room not made up till after 3pm and then only because requested. Couple swearing loudly in pool area while kids around. No staff intervened. And not only did they not remove the cold starter charge they also tried to add $100 from someone else’s bill to ours. On the other hand the female bartender in the Basin bar was terrific and knowledgeable. And the rooftop bar is wonderful.

While all of the staff was friendly and the building was beautiful, we found the room to be average for the HIGH price point. The mattress and pillows are HARD and very uncomfortable. There was melted Ice Cream all over the fridge and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. I was a bit disappointed considering the cost. However, the Pool and Hot Tub were clean and we enjoyed our time in there. The work out area is also very clean and organized. We loved the building and the feel when we walked in but the room itself was very sub par in comparison.
