Wish I could say our stay was great... Valet somehow misplaced my keys (and I was afraid my car too). Called me at 11 PM when I asked what I should do about getting my car back through messaging the front desk. That was a total mess, although they did refund cost of valet once I went down and helped them find my keys. The room's fan was broken and stuck on low, terrible buzzing when it was on. Light in the bedroom was stuck on the lowest setting like there was a short in it. Tub drain was semi clogged. Our key card wasn't keyed properly and had to get it rekeyed for breakfast. It was a simple fix at the front desk, but after everything else during the stay, I'd be lying if I said it didn't add to the frustration. And on top of all this, the bed was terrible, unfortunately. If we stay in bricktown again, it will not be at this location.
