The staff was friendly, but the room was roach infested. They had us check out another room ti see if we wanted to change rooms, but the roaches greeted us as soon as we opened the door. 10/10 DON’T RECOMMEND!

As sooner i get to the room when the light were on i see a LOT ROACHES everywhere in the room , they dont gave you refund i have to pay deposit that i hope they gave back. I have to get another hotel that night after coming tired driving far away

The front desk personnel are extremely nice. But avoid at all cost. Hotel is extremely dirty. I slept fully clothed on top of my sheets. Trash in the room. Roaches. You name it. Won’t be coming back.

Entering the room, we found the microwave was burnt on the inside and had food left in it. There were no garbage cans in the room. The TV was broken off its base, and it didn’t work. When we told the front desk, they said they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day, making it sound like they were being bothered. The bed was comfortable, but, that was the only good thing. We had accidentally left a couple things in the room. When we realized this, we tried calling the front desk for a half an hour, with no answer. So, we drove back to the hotel and told them what we left behind. They looked and said they didn’t have our items, and they would have to wait until the next day to ask the maid. We are in the process of talking to their Corporate office about these problems. Do not invest your hotel funds here!

I was very disappointed this trip. Was told I would receive a 30% discount due the toilet issue. Then the lady proceeds to tell me these were 90 dollar rooms. No they are not, not even online. Just a little disappointed. There needs to be more customer service like the gentalmen I delt with the night before. I only came back because of him.
