Hotel is new, clean and good room sizes. The receptionist speak good English and professional. Walking distance to the only mall in the city and very close to two sky train station.

I enjoyed the location, although the hotel itself is a little bit dingy. The biggest problem is that the air conditioning barely does anything. After I complained, the hotel sent a maintenance man up, who confirmed that it was working as expected — which is to say, barely. This is a tropical city, nonfunctioning air-conditioning is a dealbreaker. The window didn’t open without a special tool either, meaning that most nights required sleeping in temperatures above 25°C.

The rooms were filthy! The beds were as hard as rocks, and when I first arrived, my room smelled so bad they had to move me to a new room. They are description of the property did not match the hotel at all. It's further from the main attractions than they said, and their breakfast consist of crockpots and hot plates of food. I wouldn't not recommend this hotel.

Room is not big but enough for two person and four luggages. You have to pay a small fee for overnight parking, but if you are staying around Naha city, this is a very good option.

The staff were very welcoming, breakfast spread was good too. Walking distance to shopping streets and many food choices nearby. The room is generally clean, but more attention needs to be given to areas that are often overlooked like the air exhaust in toilet, air purifier/ dehumidifier, heater and side table (bottom shelves).
