Room is not big but enough for two person and four luggages. You have to pay a small fee for overnight parking, but if you are staying around Naha city, this is a very good option.

The staff were very welcoming, breakfast spread was good too. Walking distance to shopping streets and many food choices nearby. The room is generally clean, but more attention needs to be given to areas that are often overlooked like the air exhaust in toilet, air purifier/ dehumidifier, heater and side table (bottom shelves).

First of all the front desk personel i would say was fast and efficient. Once we got to our room there was no staff service...we ask about the tv the answer 'i am sorry' that phrase was the only answer we got on all questions asked...it seems to be the most popular phrase of this hotel. I was very disappointed considering my daughter in law is japanese married to an american. She is born and raise in Japan. She came to the the hotel to help us with the translation, she was met with the same phrase i am sorry. To the management who hire these staff the integrity of your hotel is being compromised because your staff are not attentive to hotel guest. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.. To be clear this issue is not only in reference to the tv.

Impeccable service from amazing staff including Christine, James and Joshua. The hotel is exactly as you would expect from a beachside accommodation: close to the water with free bicycle usage, nice open air amenities and gorgeous rooftop pool, and free laundry is a huge bonus!

The room was so hit, the Aircon was really poor and it was 30°c + - the lift was cooler than the bedroom! The staff were lovely, and the area was great but we wouldn't come back as the room was so hot

The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff did try and put some extra sheets on the beds so the springs weren't directly in our backs. Carpets were stained and smelled moldy. The staff were very friendly.
