Completely self service check in. If you have never competed a self service check in, you may find it a bit arduous. Clean room, good amenities, close to restaurants and about a 10 min walk to the monorail to the Naha Airport

Clean hotel

Clean and convenient hotel. It will be good if can provide extra pillows. The aircon is stimes warm and cool, not too sure why. Overall a good stay, will consider staying here again.

Very bad check-in experience

It was self check-in. Requested me to use the confirmation number or name or phone number. I tried but all failed. For my name, it includes "-"; however, the input system has no "-" for input. For phone number, as the foreigner, I tried my phone number, but the system continued to say "Found no reservation." For the confirmation number, Hotels.com only sent me the Hotels.com itinerary, while Kariyushi only sent me the assess code of the front gate. How can I check in? Then I called for help, but the help desk just wanted me to call Hotels.com but wanted to help me solve the issue.
