When you go there it’s clearly for the onsen. Not for sleeping. It’s very loud and the worst comes from the cleaning team. They start early to prepare cleaning and they make a lot of noise by chatting or with plastic bags and banging on the walls while cleaning rooms. I had terrible sleep. One week was way too long. Roof top is closed even if it’s sunny. Roof top bar doesn’t open before 4pm so if you want to have a coffee and work during the day it’s impossible. Not digital nomad friendly.

When you check in and out its all on a screen right next to the employees. All questions you have are directed to the screen. Employees don't want to help. When you get to your room you are given one towel. This towel is for the spa, pool and your bath towel after you have used it around a dirty spa. The dryers were so bad and after 3 cycles we went home with wet clothes. Breakfast is so expensive and not really worth it. This hotel is in the red light district around the airport but we weren’t bothered when we went for a walk, it was just a surprise.

The hotel was very well-maintained and professional, especially at the price point. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me even before my stay began. I desperately needed to receive a piece of mail and they allowed me to have it sent to them, and they coordinated with me to have it ready for when I picked it up under a really tight time crunch. They didn't have to do that but it meant the world to me. Would absolutely come back if I'm ever in Naha!

I rarely review properties but this experience was so bad, I had too. The temperature in the room never dropped below 26 despite setting the temperature to 20. They also REFUSED to provide towels for kids and wanted to me to PAY for a towel, imagine paying for a towel at a hotel??! If you’re looking for a place for a family, stay away!!!

I stayed in the 11th floor and had free access to the rooftop pool and free drinks. It does not get much better than that. Perfect way to end my trip to Okinawa.

There are many adult entertainment venues near the hotel, and at night, people try to solicit customers on the street. My travel companion felt disturbed by this. However, the hotel's facilities themselves are quite good. Personally, I prefer bedrooms with carpeted floors, but the rooms in this hotel have wooden flooring. The hot spring is nice, although the open-air bath doesn’t offer much of a view. The rooftop pool has strange opening hours, so we didn’t get a chance to visit it. Parking at the hotel is more expensive than parking nearby, which isn't very cost-effective.

We booked this hotel as a quick one night stay before taking the ferry north. The hotel itself had lovely amenities like the onsen. It was clean, peaceful and relaxing. There was one pool we could use, but the rooftop pool cost $45 for each adult and $20 for each kid. So for a family of 4 quite expensive (and not advertised as an extra fee during the booking process). Our room was also quite small. The area around the hotel was shady for a family. We zipped out to eat dinner but my husband walked to the family mart a few blocks away and said it definitely had red light district vibes). The staff was lovely and helpful.
