Luxurious corner ground floor, with no overlooking neighbours, with panoramic views over the sea as well as over the hills overlooking Marbella, and over the mountains of the Sierra de Las Nieves (UNESCO Biosphere Reserve).



Please note that we provide for your comfort a WELCOME PACK OF ESSENTIALS with mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom as well as a few capsules for coffee and dishwasher, which will NOT BE RENEWED during your stay!



The two swimming pools, one of which is for children, also offer panoramic views of the coast and mountains.

Séjour dans un magnifique appartement du quartier paisible de la Mairena .

Le confort de ce vaste appartement , avec une cuisine sur-équipée et une buanderie . .Décoré avec goût, , il possède une magnifique véranda ensoleillée très appréciable en saison intermédiaire , une terrasse équipée d’un grand barbecue et un grand jardin superbement entretenu . Le gestionnaire est très sympathique et réactif à la moindre demande . Pas grand-chose , car tout a été pensé pour le confort des locataires . La propreté est irréprochable et tout fonctionne très bien . Le gestionnaire est très à la hauteur de ses fonctions .
