Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 250.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business or profession. Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve on-site parking and access to the hot springs. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB International and Union Pay. Cash is not accepted. For guests' safety, the property includes a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector and a first aid kit in all accommodation.

• Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Reservations are needed for private bath/onsen. For reservations, contact the ryokan before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• As required by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, all international visitors must submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels etc). Also, it's required that lodging proprietors photocopy the passports of all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the on-site public bathing facilities.
