Beautiful, airy 3 bedroom second-floor unit with views of the ocean and pool.

Bright and sunny second floor at Sunrise Place, overlooking the ocean. Get away from it all in this beautiful space. With shared pool, private balcony patio with roof access, and an open floor plan there’s lots of room for family or friends to relax. Minutes away from downtown Oistins for groceries, rum shacks, and restaurants - not to mention the famous Friday Fish Fry! Some of the best surf spots (Freight's Bay & Long Bay) are in close proximity.

The Space:
Upper Sunrise unit is located in Sunrise Place, a fully gated and secure villa. The pool faces south which provides sun from the early morning to the afternoon. Beautiful easterly tradewinds flow through the villa, making every room fresh and cool all day long. However, for those who prefer air-conditioning, every bedroom has its own AC unit, as well as ceiling fans. There is an air conditioner in the main living room as well. The kitchen is large with plenty of room to move around and prepare meals. You can also enjoy drinks by the pool. The showers are large, and full of light. Bedrooms have new, comfortable beds and cotton bedding with comfortable pillows.

Guest access:
Upper Sunrise guests have access to the roof through a staircase on the balcony, and the pool. Villa is gated for secure access at all times.

Other things to note:
No parties or large gatherings. Please respect your Neighbours in the Villa.
You will almost certainly see some Barbados Green Monkeys in the area. Please do not feed them! The monkeys are curious, but they are wild animals. Enjoy watching them play!

Beautiful Villa in Beautiful Location

This villa was beautiful. It was open, spacious, clean and provided everything we needed. Pool was absolutely amazing, better than on the pictures. Host was extremely responsive and went the extra mile for us, especially for a last minute booking. You would enjoy your stay at Sunrise Place - Highly recommend!

Wonderful Property for family stay

Clean, spacious, comfortable, well appointed condo/apartment in a nice neighborhood. Excellent communications and very responsive management person. The beautiful flowers surrounding the well taken care of pool was great. Perfect for a family or larger group. The location is within walking distance of the Atlantic or driving distance to every where on the island. We highly recommend this location.

Home away from home

Our experience from start of booking to end of our stay were very professional. Definitely 10 stars for Chris, he welcomed us like we’re family , helped with our bags and gave a tour of the home. Chris made sure and explained everything in details to us and also helped us with questions we had . Sunrise place is definitely home away from home and a short drive away from beaches and famous Oistins . We will be visiting again and our stay will be at Sunrise place. Thank you Chris for being such a wonderful welcome host.

Winter Sun

Apartment was perfect for 4/6 adults. Cot available for baby. Pool is not the largest but water clean and good to cool off. Only two Sun loungers available. As on south coast, waves on close beaches can be choppy. Nearest calm beach and Oistins centre is 30/40 min walk. Bare in mind if you don’t have car hire.
