Very comfortable room. Clean. Only complaint is the products they use. Dial is awful. Too heavily perfumed. And lose the Scentsi in the room. I have allergies and can’t tolerate them.

First they gave us the wrong room and said it was hotels.com fault. Then the next morning they said they were wrong and changed us to the right room. Then, at checkout they charged us for two additional nights. Over $450. If I wouldn’t have caught it we would have been out the money. The customer service is non existent by most of the staff. We will not be returning to this hotel in the future. If you choose to go there please watch your charges very closely.

Frustrating Check-In

The young guy checking us in for the night seemed “rather short” to help us “check in” our second room because we had booked 2 rooms with Hotels.com using the same credit card. I showed him the confirmation # on my phone indicating the 2 rooms. He flatly told me that he didn’t have a second room booked for us with that credit card and that we just needed to call Hotels.com! Finally, when I opened the Hotels.com receipt - he finally “found” our second room!
