We showed up finally found a parking spot way out away from the hotel, go our room andnthwnnwentntongetbsomthing honeybee to the fact there is a massive amount of retail stores around this hotel when we returned we had to park farther away from the hotel than we originally did. The next day which was a Saturday we left the hotel to go and enjoy ourselves when we returned it was impossible to find a spot near the hotel due to the restaurants and retail stores. That evening it was about 80 degrees outside and the air conditioner stoped working in the hotel room. The next morning we checked out spoke to the person at the counter they said they’d give us $50 refund but we had to call and talk to a manager the next day (Monday). We never called them, it wasn’t worth the effort. All in all not very pleased with the hotel or the parking. It was supposed to be a bit more on the upscale side and it was really a horrible experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay in Salt Lake City! From check-in to check-out, everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Parking was easy, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially appreciated how quiet it was at night, making for a great night’s sleep. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Salt Lake City!

It was great. The only thing in the rooms the bathroom door was a sliding glass door didn't seem private enough couldn't lock it. So you could hear what person was doing. Other than that everything was very good
