The faucet in the bathroom did not have a handle, it leaked whenever it was on and got water all over the counter, the tops of the surfaces were not very clean- drink marks, the room was very warm and stuffy due to hvac system not working, and because the window had to be open all night it was very loud. When we arrived to check in we had to wait several minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, left us wondering if we were at the correct place to check in.

It’s overall pretty clean, staff is usually friendly and professional. Stayed here a few times. They have enormous parking so much so, you can’t park to go anywhere else around the city streets near by. Which is irritating. Most rooms only have a shower which I prefer bath tubs, so overall experience is a solid 3/5 could do better could do worse.
