The desk clerk got defensive upon check-in when I asked if I could have a "more economical room" (lower rate) than what was booked, if such was available. I thought it was a simple question. After their negative reaction I didn't bother asking anymore questions. When I walked into the room, I found the bed had not been made since the previous guest's stay! The staff, however, was cheerful and apologetic in giving me another room.
