Katastrophale, respektlose und unfreundliche Behandlung durch die ältere, blonde Rezeptionistin. Wir hatten ein Superiorzimmer gebucht. Laut Expedia Haustiere erlaubt. Auch kein Hinweis darauf, vorher mit dem Hotel in Kontakt zu treten. Zunächst wurde uns gesagt, dass kein Zimmer mehr frei sei, für einen Aufenthalt mit einem kleinen Hund. Nachdem wir daraufhin abreisen wollten, wurde uns durch die Rezeptionistin dennoch ein Zimmer nach langer Wartezeit angeboten. Ohne Hinweis darauf, dass es sich um ein Comfortzimmer und nicht um ein Superiorzimmer handelt. Neben dem Ärger bereits zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes haben wir also ein " Downgrade" erfahren von superior zu comfort. Die gebuchte Leistung wurde nicht erfüllt. Das Hotel ist im übrigen sehr geschmackvoll. Die übrigen Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend und höflich. Das Frühstück hervorragend. Die kurze Begegnung mit der Prinzessin war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Wir hatten das Zimmer 109
