THE VIEW
This is a great lower-level corner cottage, with a large lawn area next to the condo, ideal for couples and families looking for a special Oceanside beach vacation! Enjoy wonderful harbor and ocean views from several windows. The large outdoor back deck has bar top seating for 4, a small gas grill, and wonderful harbor and ocean views...Not to mention cool ocean breezes and amazing sunsets! *Note there is no access off the back deck.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features granite countertops, and custom cabinetry, and comes stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining area has seating for 4-6 people.

LIVING AREAS
The living area is comfortably furnished with enough seating for 6 with a comfortable queen sofa sleeper and two swivel accent chairs. There is also a 50 inch flat-screen TV in the living room with DVD/BluRay capabilities. The TV is also equipped with a cable package with 250+ channels. The fireplace is fully functional and is available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

The condo has 2 bathrooms. The master bath features a large walk-in shower with separate vanity and the guest bath has a combination tub/shower

SLEEPING
G23 comfortably sleeps 6. The master suite has a comfortable King size pillow-top bed, plasma TV, and wonderful harbor and ocean views. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, built-in cabinetry with flat-screen TV and storage, and tropical garden views. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a top-of-the-line queen sofa sleeper.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

G23 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach.
