Nestled in between beach and bush in north Lorne, Ocean's 13 is a great destination for those wanting a quiet retreat whilst still being within 200m of the shoreline. Set over three levels, the home is contemporary by design with lofted ceilings, spacious open plan living, polished wood floors and plush pile carpets.
Ground level features 2 queen bedrooms, 1 room with 2 singles, main bathroom, fully equipped laundry. Working upwards, the mid level basks in natural light through north facing floor to ceiling windows. This level includes fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining area, gas log fire and multiple access points to the external deck areas. Continuing upstairs is the master bedroom, fully ensuited and including ocean views.
Other features include hot and cold outdoor shower and ample off street parking.
