Pet-Friendly Hotel Room for 4 - Pool and Hot Tub!

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

We've named Unit 110 "Marlin Monroe" because some like it coastal. With two queen beds, this ground-floor studio is a comfortable option for up to four guests. There’s no full kitchen, but a mini fridge and coffee pot handle the essentials—enough to get mornings started or keep things simple between outings. The full bathroom includes a shower, along with a hair dryer and included toiletries for your convenience. Plus, being on the ground floor keeps access quick and straightforward.



Pets are welcome in this unit, so you can bring your best friend along for the beach vacation. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.

The carpet was covered in stains and when we arrived there were wet stained spots in the walkway. It smelled like cleaning supplies trying to mask pet odors. We were given a blanket to act as a rug to cover the wet stains. We were given 3 towels and 3 wash clothes for 3 guests and had to exchange our 2 dirty towels before we could get the appropriate count of 3 towels.There were no cups for the coffee pot and 1 filter for 3 days. Overall, a rundown property, which I don't mind as a older ocean resort, but the state of the room and lack of supplies definitely had an impact. I don't like to give negative reviews, but this room is worthy of some attention. Please replace the carpet and maybe do some painting to freshen it up a bit.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
I feel like overall the place wasn’t very clean, the hot water ehh not really existent . The room had a wierd smell had to keep the window open , the main part of the building had a wierd smell everywhere , went to the bathroom there was no paper towels or toilet paper , came back hours later still the exact same thing , I guess could’ve used the bathroom in the room but still that part was odd to me as well .
