Downtown 3-bedroom condo with an outdoor pool on 5th St. You are just 2 blocks to the boardwalk, beach, and Atlantic Ocean. This condo has many new upgrades including quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully stocked with kitchenware and additional small appliances for your convenience. (Coffee Maker, Keurig, Tea Kettle, Toaster, Toaster Oven, Blender, Griddle, and Crockpot.) The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second and third bedrooms have a double bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds. Finally, there is a pull-out sofa bed for a total of 8 beds in this condo to sleep up to 12! There is complimentary WiFi, high-speed internet, and streaming services while you aren't out there soaking up the sun. When you need a break from the beach, you can take a dip in the outdoor pool. The property comes with one free unassigned parking spot and there is typically plenty of additional free street parking within a block or two, so extra parking is normally available. Last but not least, this unit provides a beach cart and cooler for your use to pack up all your beach-going gear for easy transport to the beach.
