The unit offers easy first-floor access for children, elderly, handicapped, or anyone just anxious to skip the elevator and get on the beach. Not meant for a group of 5. Thankfully had our blow up air mattress because the pull out was not sleepable. The location is convenient for going to the beach. We walked there everyday in a minute or less.

Quiet area with great beach access
Pleasantly surprised with this cute condo. First floor doesn't offer the best view, but could still watch sunrise from my own personal balcony. My only complaint was noncompliant visitors with smoking policy, had to smell smoke when out on my balcony. Otherwise had a great stay
