Welcome to the Mermaid Lounge in Ocean City. Enjoy this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with Living room, dining room combo, a full galley kitchen, washer & dryer. Bedroom Queen bed sleeps 2, Pull out couch queen sheets needed sleeps 2 more people & there is a fold up roll away bed that can sleep 1 person. I also have a blow up mattress. Balcony at the entrance & off the bedroom. Central Air conditioning, cable, WI-FI, TV with DVD player and ROKU. Microwave, dishes, plates, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, pots pans, pillows, top covers provided.
50 steps to the beach, ocean side, across the street from the Convention center. Located on 7 40th Steet. No pool. NO PETS, No Smoking in the unit. Can smoke on the balconies. Front and back balcony.
Parking space is right near the stairs for easy unpacking! Everything you need to make your vacation complete!

Another little description as to which side of the street the unit is on would be more helpful. Beautiful setting, spotless setting, very comfortable bed, large shower! Outdoor sitting, both front and back!Very close to Community events. Beach area very close too. Boardwalk has to be driven to!!!!

The place was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our getaway to the beach. The Kitchen had everything we need for cooking at “home”. The location was great with the kids. The whole stay was amazing. The owner was very responsive to questions which helped so much. My children didn’t want to leave!

It was cute and the theme/decorations were charming and overall it was a convenient location. I was staying close to the convention center across the street for work. I didn’t read/remember that most beach vrbos don’t provide towels and I ended up having to dry myself after a shower with the hair dryer lol. That’s on me. But the floor was not clean, there was sand and my feet were black after walking around barefoot. The hvac return by the bathroom was dirty and the couch was worn/dingy. The screen doors in the front and back needed to be repaired. I used my key dollar points to help bring the nightly price down, but overall I’m a little disappointed considering the experience. I don’t know if the owner contracts a cleaning company but if they do, they should get a refund.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Location is great! Jen was very helpful with assisting us to add another night to our stay. Only issue we had this time was the bedroom tv would not connect so we could not watch it. We weren’t there much due to my daughter’s competition so not a huge issue for us. Will definitely book here again!

My husband and I enjoyed the convenience to our event. Jen replied back in timely manner. Check in was easy. There was misunderstanding about providing our own sheets and towels. We just.mad a quick trip to TJmaxx. No biggy. The place does need a good cleaning. So that would be our over complaint. Otherwise it was an amazing stay

We needed to be close to the convention center and Jen’s property was perfect. Great location, steps to the beach, clean and comfortable. This property had everything we could’ve needed. I’m so thankful we found this unit and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great location!

Loved the fact that this was just steps away from the beach so there was no worrying about packing up all our beach stuff, driving somewhere and then trying to finding a parking spot. It was just the perfect size for my husband, grandson and I. Lots of things within walking distance which is great! Would definitely stay here again!
