This location was absolutely perfect 🤩. The views were amazing! The comfort of the beds and lounge space refreshing. The host was available if we needed them but I didn’t because everything was provided before hand and the place was just as the amenities stated. The property manager was responsive prior to check-in and accommodated our early check-in, which we appreciated. The condo was spacious, had a great ocean view, and indoor pool was a plus for the kids.However, the unit did not match the listing photos, and overall cleanliness and preparedness were below expectations. The bedsheets were dark (unlike the listing), did not smell clean, and the master bed had visible marks. We had to wash all sheets upon arrival. The master bed also only had two pillows with cases; additional pillows had no pillowcases, making them unusable.While the condo listing stated that towels, tissues, paper towels and dishwashing supplies were not included, other essentials were also missing and not disclosed, such as bathroom mats and extra trash bags. This resulted in multiple trips to the store throughout our stay.Cleanliness was an issue. The balcony furniture was extremely dusty, to the point that my toddler’s clothes were covered in dust after brief contact. We had to clean it ourselves before use.There were several maintenance concerns: a rusty kettle, non-working TV remote in one room, and lamps with dead bulbs. Additionally, the ice rink (one of the reasons we chose this property) was only operational for part of our stayOverall, the experience felt underprepared and not guest-focused. Even if certain supplies are not provided, basic items like trash bags, bathroom mats (for safety), working lights and functional equipment should be standard

Disappointing

The description of the property online was deceiving stating that the unit was 'completely renovated". A renovated property does not have large pieces of paint hanging from the ceiling...probably water damage. A renovated property does not have multiple large areas of "black mold" on the ceiling of the second bedroom. A completely renovated property does not have grout crumbling on the floor in the master bathroom. The shower floor was dirty and could have been remedied with a little scrubbing. The overall appearance of the unit was dirty making it a very uncomfortable stay. We were very disappointed with the condition of the property. I would be embarrassed to charge the excessive amount of money that you charged for this unit. I would definitely never stay here again and would never recommend to anyone else to stay here. Do not rent this unit or stay in this hotel.

Floors were filthy. Ceilings were filthy near air vents, possibly mold which I sure hope not. Blender had old food in it. Very poor for the cost.

We stayed here just this past week. It had its pros and cons. First the cons: the owner tells you that you need to wash the sheets if you use them or else you’ll be charged $25. Our sheets had definitely NOT been washed. You could smell day(s) old hair smell on the pillows and the sheets and the “light bedding” blankets they give you gave me such an ‘ew’ feeling I went to TJ Maxx and bought my own and just had to wash the sheets for all 3 beds myself. The owner should just pay the $25 each time to ensure that guests sheets and other provided bedding is washed each time instead of relying on guests to clean for other guests. And how does the owner verify it was even done? From the cleaning crew?? That brings me to another con. The bedrooms and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The shower in the master bedroom has pink mildew all around the bottom and the grout, once white, is pitch black. The baseboards in the bedrooms are gross looks like they haven’t been wiped clean in years. Not sure what they mean by things are updated annually but they should include an update to their cleaning crew this year because it’s awful. The tv mounted on the wall in the living room is crooked. Listed as having an ocean view is correct however what wasn’t listed is that you also get a good view of the roof. It’s the 9th floor so you still get a good view but this wasn’t an ideal view. I’ll put the Pros in another review since I can’t fit it all one

Summer break getaway

Great location and wonderful condo with beautiful views of the beach and bay. We were even able to watch the fireworks from Northside park by stepping outside the door. The owner was very responsive to inquiries. Location is great and we were able to walk to many places. We had our sons and their friends (ages 12 to 14) and the kids were able to easily walk to get ice cream, play mini golf and even ventured down to 94th street to play basketball😀

We have been staying different places in OV for years, searching for the ONE. Well we have now found it. This is right on the beach, tons of activities for kids, and a fantastic property. We can’t wait to stay again next year and every year after that !

Wonderful condo

Condo was decorated nicely, rooms were very clean, beautiful views, and so many amenities throughout the entire building! Floor was very quiet and close to the beach. Definitely would go back!
