The room had a standing ac duct taped up to the balcony door it was hot and humid. The bathroom doesn’t even have an exhaust fan so all the heat and smell stays trapped in the bathroom . The door to the balcony was broken the hall ways had no air flow and were very hot and you can hardly breath on the elevator the pool is on the third floor which one of the two doors to get in dosent work and feels like a sauna with no air flow and chlorine was so high you could feel your eyes were burning and it was dirty the sofa mattress is hard and springy hardly sleep able i got incredibly sick from the heat and conditions ended up in the emergency room i didnt even get to stay the second night i booked and they have not communicated back with me about my request for a refund or atleast half of what i paid i knew i wasn't booking a luxury hotel but i don’t understand how this place is even open it definitely ruined my vacation and racked up medical bills for me do not stay here its miserable!

The AC was so loud and never adjusted to our setting, Had to turn off/turn on and when i asked for someone, they didn't show. Bathroom was in need of upgrade. The bathtub was concave and unsafe. No bars to assist you in and out and caulking was hanging out which will have big problems. Nothing to put your shampoo/conditioner on. Very disappointed considering the price.

Very affordable with views of the ocean from the balcony and pool deck. Its about a 2 minute walk to the beach and they provide a water hose on the backside of the building to rinse off (we weren't told this, went looking for it). There's a small arcade and a small partially indoor pool which my teens mentioned could be cleaner but my 7 year old enjoyed playing in the water, pool and arcade on 3rd floor..the door to the pool was jammed and everyone had trouble getting in an out of the pool area..the next day someone decided to just prop the door open as it was never fixed. The pool deck provides lounge chairs and a table with mostly views of the city, right across the street from ropewalk resturant who lets off a good firework show every Tuesday throughout the summer, which was nice to watch from the deck. The rooms and entire hotel need updated desperately. The corners of our room, especially by the sliding door to the balcony, were filthy. Found a dirty juice box straw laying in a corner when we first arrived. Every single one of the outlets were loose and would not fit a charging port without it falling out..a couple of the outlets were chipped and looked very sketchy. I felt like the whole place was a fire hazard. The kitchenette had a working fridge and freezer but the sink kept getting clogged and no one came to look at it. The coffee pot had the filter container missing so was unable to use. Front desk not very responsive.

This was a good price for the location -- 5 min walk to the beach. Elevators and common areas of hotel were hot, but the rooms were cool. It has a small swimming pool (we saw it but didn't use it), ice machines on every floor, free parking.

One of the better hotels that I stayed in ocean city! Everything in OC seems a lil outdated but the view was nice & the hotel was clean! Staff was really nice. Pool was clean.

Disappointed.

We were supposed to check in at 2pm as requested. Every hour from 2 o’clock, they kept telling us in an hour. We didn’t get to check in until after 6 PM. We were told we would get compensated for that first night that didn’t happen. Our shower curtain was nasty. Smelled like mildew. They did bring me another shower curtain. The water in the tub ran constantly maintenance came in to fix it. The maintenance crew was very nice. The air wasn’t working in the common area or the elevators. People were smoking on the balcony and smoking standing in front of the entrance of the hotel. Eewwww How’s this allowed? It should be a one star hotel. I will never stay there again.

Been staying here every time we go to ocean city, unfortunately this time when we went and checked in we went to our room and it had what appeared to be blood on the sliding glass door, dresser was broke, phone didnt work, toilet didnt flush, room was dirty, bathroom door lock was broke. We went and told front desk and asked for a different room, to which we was told none was available, so we decided to ask for a refund and got told when we checked in we signed a waiver for no refund, which we didnt even see the room or stay any nights yet. Needless to say i booked another hotel (which bonita had rooms available) and called bonitas general manager and am still waiting on a refund or a call back he said 2-4 buisness days.

The room was clean with good views. It’s very convenient to dining and the beach. The main area outside the rooms is horribly hot but the room was ice cold so just uncomfortable getting into the room. We will stay again.

First like that I was out and somebody called 911 from my phone in the room came back. Nothing was missing. Changed the room at two in the morning. The phone rang at the new room once very strange, dirty dust mold around the air ducts.
