A completely renovated house, on one of the most beautiful streets around. House is water front with a beautiful lavender garden in the back.


This property is cleaned in adherence to the CDC standards. We use Clorox Germicidal Bleach (EPA # 67619-32) to clean all surfaces, (including door knobs/handles) and launder all linen after each visit.

This is a waterfront detached house available for a family. In the summer we rent out 2 BR with 4 beds (2 queens and 2 full beds) All common rooms overlook the bay or ocean out side. There are two living areas, one overlooking the bay, the other with a TV and games. We have an outdoor living room on the deck and a hammock for your use. Our kitchen is fully equipped and completely modern and new.

For your safety there is a fire extinguisher under the sink and if there is a power outage, there is a flash light in the kitchen drawer.

No smoking on my property period- no one the patio , in the garden or anywhere near the house. Please don't book this property if you need to smoke. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Washer dryer not available. But laundromat in town unless more than 7 days.

No Parties allowed, including dinner parties. Strictly Enforced. I absolutely do not allow parties, this is a family setting.

Please include everyone in listing including children. We charge for everyone in the house.

Please don't slide the barn door all the way, it might get stuck, slide it gently but not all the way

Lovely view but with a few issues

We enjoyed our stay. It's a good location in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful water view. The home was generally clean but we noted cobwebs throughout, dirty bathroom rugs, many personal items around and opened food in the refrigerator and cabinets. Upon arrival we learned the house rule was not to wear shoes inside. There was also a privacy concern as we had to leave a bathroom barn door partially open to prevent being locked in.
