We started of concerned because the confirmation process was not straight forward, and we thought we had nowhere to stay after traveling in from London, and going to see my brother at the chapel of rest.. My email confirmation was not enough so they were not ready and the booking in had to be worked around. Amenities were for 4 and not 5, so although they came to rectify the bedding, we remained short of towels, cups and everything else we for 4.
