Enjoy a comfortable open‑plan living space, two cosy bedrooms, WiFi, parking, and a superb location close to beach huts, clifftop paths, and the best of the Norfolk coast. An ideal base for walking, cycling, birdwatching, fishing, and family seaside adventures.Ground floor: Front door leading to: Entrance lobby with washing machine, door to Open plan lounge/diner/kitchen: Kitchen area: with electric cooker and electric hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Comfortable sofas, Smart TV and table with 4 chairs. Doors to: 1 Double bedroom with TV and wardrobe and 1 Twin bedroom with built in wardrobe. 23 Hillside

The welcome pack was unexpected, and appreciated, the check-in was straightforward. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the TV - easily solved- but instructions for the various appliances would have been welcome and would have avoided an unnecessary call out. One other suggestion, the sofa was a bit old and had a musty odour. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.
