Some areas could use a good cleaning,but overall it was clean. Security issue. The doors had tape over the locking latch. Anyone could walk in at any time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would consider staying there again should I be traveling to the area.

The room was overall nice… however. The lock on the door was completely broken, our keys did not work and the manager had to come unlock our room for us. There were fecal remnants in the toilet and we found trash items on the floor such as a piece of a beef stick, and a gum wrapper. The bathroom door also did not lock. Besides the beds being made, the room was not clean. And we were not offered a discount for our safety being at jeopardy with the broken lock.

Arrived to the hotel as a late check-in. Found the side door with the latched taped so no key needed to enter the facility. Confirmed with the proprietor that they were having issues with the key card reader so they taped it. This is unsafe for not only the guests but also the night clerk working. The proprietor didnt seem to concerned a out it when confronted.

Our room was not ready until 9:45 pm. The toilet and bathroom walls, floors, tabletops and backs of doors were not clean and the room was in serious need of a deep cleaning. I was very glad to have clean linens and bedding. The overall condition of the room was nice, just needed a good cleaning. Maybe they were short staffed. Seems to be the trend these days.

I stayed at this property after a long day at work after getting checked in me and my family Unpacked out stuff walked into our room and it stuck so bad my kid almost threw up on the floor i then went and told the front desk i was canceling my booking and told him the room was dirty and it stank he walked to the room and came back a couple minutes later with the food in his hand saying “okay bye” then i called in the morning to try and get my refund and he would not give me anything about . This HOTEL MAKES THERE MONEY BY PEOPLE MAKING RESERVATIONS AND THEN CANCELING DUE TO DIRTY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
