Security staff was horrible!!!!! They shouted at my wife trying to board the elevator. When we requested management they would not provide and sent another person trying to convince my wife not to file a complaint yet asked for her ID and he took a photo. Was this his personal cell or a casino phone? I will be contacting my local sheriff office if she needs a protection order from this individual since hotel management can not verify if it was a personal or casino phone that he used. Totally unprofessional staff. After the encounter our room phone rang every single hour waking us up throughout the night. When talking to management upon check the only solution offered was we should have unplugged the phone and insisted security was a contact company not part of the casino.

We would not go back. Rooms are nice but you still get a smokey smell in the halls. We had an issue with the sensor lights turning on all night for no reason keeping us up. They gave us tape to block it but didn’t really work. We ended up just packing up at 3am and going home.

The staff was friendly, the room was great, and the spa was amazing. Definitely will be going back for the spa since we didn't know you can use their amenities before or after your appointment, like the sauna, steamed room, showers, pool, and other things. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Excelente security , Elizabeth on the front desk amazing. The only issue: The do not clean that room daily except if you startore the 3 nights, we are not very happy about that and I guess because that casino the room's have smoke smelling.
