Only down fall ,at 745pm went directly to worker at arcade to ask when the arcade closed at he had replied tonight at 9:00, so we had went and ate came back at 8:08 pm to enjoy arcade and they had closed . First time thier with my children 8 and 10 who where very bummed, kinda disappointing

Some of the staff was rude and the pool area & bathrooms in the pool area are disgusting . It took me 4 employees to clean up feces. I was also charged for my service dog when I had the papers because I didn’t have it vest on once a cleaning lady reported me so they charged me $200.

I thought I was booking a nicer room for me and my family, a suite. I had 5 rolling computer chairs at our dining table from the 90’s that were beat down. The layout was terrible. Everything looked old and very used. The newer tv of the two wouldnt work to stream anything. Just super outdated for $300 a night. My bed sunk terribly. Great waterpark but didn’t enjoy the room at all.

The place needs to be cleaned, it was pretty gross. Ants in the locker room. Our hotel room had dirt in the bathtub, dirt/fluids on the walls, mold by the window. Our fire alarm went off twice from the hot shower, I swear I was going to go deaf, then we got called and accused of smoking in the room, more then welcome to come smell the room and replace your faulty equipment while your there. The waterpark itself wasn’t too bad, there wasn't enough seating and little thing's here and there needed repair. I think if your charging for breakfast your service should be better, the food was okay but definitely left something to be desired. I wont be back.

The room was very outdated and our room was dirty when we checked in, the TV also didn't work. Room service never came to clean, take trash, or restock towels/toilet paper. The pool area had very limited seating, therefore we never had a place to set our stuff down or relax. The pool also had way too much chlorine in it, walking in the pool area made our entire families eyes burn, so we were unable to actually enjoy the reason we booked the hotel.

We absolutely LOVE Tundra Lodge! We are from Green Bay and have been going to tundra since it was built. Unfortunately this last visit U went to the front desk to buy 3 extra bracelets. The last first tried charging me 56. And some change. I couldn't believe it, I then asked her for a discount bc we were in the hotel room that night, she then said 44. And some change. I believed I wouldn't need a receipt bc it would be on my reservation profile, the very next day, I went to check out and buy 3 extra bracelets bc for my daughter and her boyfriend and myself, the, Young man asked what room I was checking out of I told him and he informed me that 2 More bracelets were free and I only need to pay for 1 bracelets which was like 15 -18$ no more than 29$ for the one, why was I charged almost $45.00 the evening before for extra bracelets the day of check out $14.53, then there's no record of my purchase the evening prior on my profile, I know there should have been a receipt on my profile, now there is no receipt so now I almost am certain the Young lady over charged me. That is the worst feeling of betrayal, trying to take my family to a normally great hotel, we have never

When arriving after the 4pm check-in, several customers were there waiting for their rooms. The staff was very overwhelmed and I felt empathy for them. It was 5:45 before we could get our room. They did give us the waterpark wrist bands and tried to accomodate as best they could. Once in the room, I noticed mold in the window and signs of leakage. I also noticed remnants of water damage in the bathroom. Work was poorly done. The beds were TERRIBLE. Need new mattresses for sure and more stability with the bunk beds. We also found a sock left in the room.
