Very clean. Nice stay. Parking is tight. Cape Cod Bay beach at the property is a bit weedy- aquatic vegetation washed up. Overall, a really solid stay. Parking is tight. Just be aware if you have a bigger vehicle.

The cottage was obviously updated recently. Very clean and crisp. All the appliances were new and functional. Our cottage (4) was right on the beach and a next to a walkway to the sand. Really enjoyed the stay and will return when we come back to the Cape.

We absolutely loved our cottage, we stayed with our daughter and dogs and especially having a porch was great to clean everyone before they come in. The cottage was beautiful and clean and had everything we could ask for , the property was super clean , the area going to the beach offered chairs , grills and beach chairs and umbrellas. We would def love to stay here again. 6 min frim provincetown. Super convenient. Great walks on the beach with the dogs in the morning. Thank you we loved our stay.

Awesome location, if you want to be close to the beach and ptown but not in the “party spot” it’s much more laid back here and the private beach right onsite was a major selling point. Very cute beach side cottage, a couple things to note depending on which cottage you book, you maybe or not be sharing a wall with someone as not all of the cottages are individual. I stayed in the studio cottage 9, two complaints, the blinds are light filtering and there’s no black out curtains or blinds to go behind them and the sink is pretty small. But it has good water pressure and to my surprise the kitchen was gas, which I have never had on vacation before and it does have a large fridge/freezer combo
