On the website it looks very nice after showing up to hotel checked in at 1 in the morning so we were looking for some good sleep. Was hit in the face with the smell of animal urine. Which we didn't even reserve a dog friendly room due to no pets with us. And the sheet once we went to lay down found some old food stuck to it or something we laid towels down to lay on cause we were so tired and i didn't even use the covers.i will never stay there again with my family. Don't like smelling animal urine.

I was a little uncomfortable just leaving the key on check out at 5:30 am. There was no one on duty at the deak. The ewst of the stay was good.

Very friendly thoughtful check in and check out staff. A lady with housekeeping helped us load our luggage on the cart and took it to our car because we were both using canes from some mobility issues. So thoughtful! Comfy beds and pillows…slept soooo well. Nice breakfast and a nice area to eat. The only downside was a tub that was slow to drain and dripping tub faucet. Loved the new thin large tv on the wall.

Note that this property charges per guest and has a $250 fee if more than 4 guests stay in the room. I've not had that problem most places where I've stayed. The front desk clerk was very kind and eventually was willing to work with us through a challenging situation. The hot breakfast was very good. The building is in need of an update, but was otherwise clean.

Breakfast was great. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very quiet, slept all night without interruptions. Requested a pet free room due to allergies and room was free of any pet hair. Saw and heard some animal activity during awake hours. The room was old and worn, could use updating but the condition is reflected in cheaper priced room compared to other properties in the area. Our sink was slow to drain and the evening shower was lukewarm but morning showers were nice and hot with good pressure.

The woman at the front desk was rude when I checked in. No customer service skills. Had to wait for credit card device to boot up to read my card. She acted as if it was my fault it wasn’t working. After First night no room cleaning. At 4pm I ask for new towels. I was told the help left early. Front desk brought new towel at 5pm. I will try other hotel next visit to NP, NE.

Great for a quick stop over.

We just needed a place to stay on the way home and Quality Inn was available on short notice. The hotel is a little dated but you can tell they are working to update the hotel. It was VERY clean which was really nice. Walls and doors don’t offer a lot of sound proofing, could hear neighbors talking. Beds were comfortable and we had a good nights rest. Great for a quick stop over.
