Breakfast wasn’t offered. Toilet seat was nearly broken off… this was the second room in two weeks with faulty toilet lid & seat… usb outlets are worn right out and offer very poor connection for charging phones

It was a horrible experience, we were put in a room right beside the elevator which ran steady all night. That’s all we could hear, plus a noisy bathroom fan I couldn’t turn off! The pillows were the worst I have ever encountered solid lumps that smelled of bleach so hard and lumpy you couldn’t rest your head on them! All 4 were like that. Never staying there again!

Room lovely. The bed pillows are not at all.the size or comfort as a regular bed pillow. There more like cushion size and lumby foam chunks. Not comfortable.
