Clean and very friendly staff but I was very disappointed that, despite advertising that this hotel has a swimming pool, it is not available for use by hotel guests, I was told that it is a private pool for the exclusive use of the villa guests. I just wonder how much the price per night would change if they were not including a pool as part of their facility
